As part of strengthening their worship in the country,Hindu worshipers have cordially with Kenyan shree Hindu members celebrated their god “Krishna” in a charitable style.
Speaking during the Jagannath Rather yatra festival which started with a solidarity match from Blantyre Old Town via Victoria Avenue to Share Hindu Temple in Blantyre,the In charge for food Distribution in orphanages and slums, Lavanga Das,Kenyan,said their god loves mercy hence does not have a specific day for good works.
“We do not have a specific day for to cerebrate our god, but this is a special respect to our god and it is inline with charity works ,and can be cerebrated anytime”Said Das.
The Hindu worshippers have since supported people present at the celebration with food stuffs which included assorted snacks in honor of their god ,Krishna.
Hinduism is primarily an individual act rather than a communal act as it involves making personal offerings to the deity and is a way of showing love and devotion to Brahman.
