Karonga United Footbal Club (FC) resurrected from a two-month long victory drought by registering a 2-1 win against Dedza Dynamos Salima Sugar FC in the Super League action played on Sunday at Karonga Stadium.

Since April, Karonga have lost four games and drew three times before Sunday’s win.

Speaking in a post-match interview, coach for Dedza Dynamos Salima Sugar FC, Gilbert Chirwa accepted the defeat and promised the supporters an improved performance in the next matches.

On his part, Karonga United Assistant Coach, Luka Bruno Milanzi was pleased with the performance of the team and thanked the players for their dedication.
