Aaron Luhanga

Speaking on Friday during a meeting for Mzimba District Executive Committee meeting NICE Trust Civic Education Officer for Mzimba, Aaron Luhanga said service charters are crucial as they promote mutual understanding between service providers and clients, besides promoting quality service delivery.

Chairperson for Civil Society Organisations (CSOs) Network in Mzimba, Christopher Melere said that CSOs will take upon themselves to implement the initiative.
